Hello Everyone! This is the place to list those links to your blog reviews of books and short stories read for this year's R.I.P. Challenge, taking place from Sept 1st through October 31st, 2009.
If you will, please place your name on the first line followed by the book title read, in parentheses). Then place the link to your actual review post, not just your blog site, into the second line.
Thank you so much! Look forward to seeing what everyone reads.
Are we starting the contest now?!

Hi Carl!

Finished the challenge :
ReplyDeleteI read:
Alymer Vance - Ghost Seer
2 Daughters of Darkness: Lesbian Vampire Stories
3 Night Shift by Lilith Saintcrow

Thank you so much for hosting this challenge - it's perfect for Fall. I'm working on Peril the Second - I'm not brave enough yet for Peril the First. My review for Walter Moers' The Alchemaster's Apprentice is up.... it's a dark comedy/fantasy which I thought was a good read for all ages. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteJust posted the most recent review, really enjoyed this challenge, I may be more ambitious next year and try for peril the first. Still enjoying reading everyone's reviews, I have discovered a few books to add to my wish list. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI am half way through - and decided (and reading) the previously undecided 4th book - Uncle Montague's Tales of Terror by Chris Priestly - what a WOW, WOW, WOW book - in fact all the books I have read so far have been wow!!

ReplyDeleteYa know, I forgot about the bad part of reading challenges when my TBR pile is already falling over in several piles of books. There are so many books that I want to read among the reviews I may never catch up on my reading.
ReplyDeleteThis is so fun! Thanks for hosting this. Just finished The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane. Just one more to go for Peril the Second!
